Check in times

You can check-in any time from 2:00pm until late. If you think you may arrive some time after 6pm, please let us know so that our evening staff are prepared for your arrival.

We ask that you check out by 10:30am to allow us to prepare the room thoroughly for the next guest. We may be able to allow you a later check out of 11:00am, but this is by prior arrangement only and offered on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.

If you have any particular requests with regards to check-in or check-out times, please call us.

It may be possible for us to store your luggage for you after you have checked out if there is space in our storage facilities.

Parking

There is plenty of free on-site parking and reservations are not required. Our 24-hour CCTV cameras provide security all night.

Children

Children under 2 years old can stay free of charge with an adult and we can provide a cot if needed.

Pets

We do not allow pets in the hotel.

Cancellations

If you cancel or modify a booking within 2 days of the date of arrival, you will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Internet access

WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel and is free of charge.
